The party is in full swing around the Saint-Roch Windmill. During a morning, come and discover the history of the mill, look at how wheat was stalked in the past. Taste the bread fresh from the oven, thanks to the Escolo deï Sambro, who hosts this morning.

It is also an opportunity to understand how windmills or watermills work, thanks to heritage guides. The small Saint-Roch chapel is also open on this occasion. It is also the folk dances of the Escandihado and the Tambourinaires de Provence.
