Existing for several centuries, the Foire de la Laine is a traditional festival held on Ascension Thursday. Grimaud's most traditional festival, which has been held for centuries, is back at last, as it is every year on Ascension Thursday!
On the programme for this bucolic day is a 100% craft market, all around the Place Neuve: colours, materials and originality to be discovered at the stalls of our exhibitors, to everyone's delight!
The giant farm with over 100 free-roaming animals returns to the Place Neuve!
This is the day when you can watch sheep-shearing and wool-sorting demonstrations, take part in wool-related workshops, go for pony rides or play giant Provençal wooden games.
The atmosphere will be wild with the Escandihado and their Provençal dance show at 12.00 p.m. and other entertainment.
At 12.30pm, the Grimaud Tourist Office will be offering an aperitif.
You can enjoy the whole day in our shaded gourmet corner.
Place Neuve - from 9am to 7pm.
